- – We use Courier please for all orders.
- – We pick and pack your order within 24-48 hours of ordering.
- – It takes about 3 working days via Courier please
Naturally, at busier times of the year (Christmas being an obvious one) allow up to 10 working days.Simply tell us the address you want your parcel delivered to and that’s where it will be sent!
You can nominate in the ‘comments’ section at the check out if you want Courier please to leave your parcel at the front door, on the porch etc – whatever intructions you give us is what we will advise Courier please. Otherwise, if you’re not at home when your delivery is made, Courier please will leave a calling card and you can collect them from your local post office.
We only ship to Australia – but if you’re really interested in shopping with us, contact us and we can investigate shipping options for you.
Can I change my order once I have bought my items?
Payments for online orders are made through a secure processing site – because we don’t retain your credit card details, existing orders cannot be modified by us – we’ll always try and accomodate your requests if we can, so contact us at email@example.com
Tracking numbers are available to follow the progress of your goods through the mail. Please make sure to advise the sales team of your desire to have a tracking number attached to your purchase order.
Immediate notification will be sent to the registered email address once the item/s has been dispatched from our facilities.
Returns and Exchanges
Can I return my order if my goods are faulty?
Cotton affairs is committed to providing quality products to our customers. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different from a sample shown to you or do not do what they are supposed to do. Please retain your receipt.
We make sure at our dispatch center to check that all goods are in premium condition, and chances of receiving faulty goods at time of dispatch are small. To return faulty or damaged products to cotton affairs please affix postage to your package, include your receipt and send it to the address shown on your invoice.
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
If you decide that you no longer want your goods, Cotton affairs cannot refund, but will offer you a credit note for future shopping purchases. We can only accept goods that have not been open or used. Note in this case, you will not be credited for your postage fees back to our warehouse. We hope you understand. Please note that for health reasons, we can not accept returned pillows.
